What we offer

Our Companionship Services

From meaningful conversation and hobby engagement to social outings, the Everwarm Visit framework, and flexible support plans. every service is built around the individual, not a checklist.

Personalised companionship

Every visit shaped around the individual

No two people are alike. That's why every Everwarm visit is thoughtfully tailored, shaped around each client's personality, passions, daily rhythm, and life story.

Before a single visit takes place, we listen. We learn what brings them joy, what matters to them, and what kind of company makes them feel most like themselves.

The result is companionship that feels completely natural. not like a service, but like a friendship that happens to arrive on schedule.

We don't send a companion. We find the right person for your loved one, then we ensure they arrive, reliably, every single time.
🎨
Hobbies & Interests
Gardening, art, crosswords, music, reading. we engage around what they already love.
📖
Life Stories
We take time to understand their history, values, and memories. Every conversation is meaningful.
🌿
Daily Rhythm
Visits are planned around their routine. not ours. Early mornings, afternoon teas, or evening conversations.
💬
Personality Match
Quiet and gentle, or lively and chatty? We match companions to personalities, not just postcodes.
🏡
Home Comfort
We come to them, in their own space, in their own chair, with their own favourite mug.
🔄
Evolving Support
As needs and preferences change over time, so does our approach. We check in and adapt.

  • Reminiscence and life story conversations

  • Reducing loneliness and isolation
🎨

  • Reading together or sharing music
  • Games, crosswords, card games
  • Creative activities tailored to interests

Dad is in a care home and we could not visit as often as we would like. His Everwarm companion sees him every Thursday. The staff have noticed the difference in his mood, and Dad always has a story to tell us about what they got up to. It has been wonderful.

Common Questions

Services FAQ

Companionship support is non-clinical. it focuses on connection, wellbeing, social engagement, and lifestyle. Personal care involves physical tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting, and is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Everwarm Companions provides companionship only. If personal care is also needed, we can recommend appropriate regulated providers.
We recommend a minimum of one hour per visit to allow time for a genuinely unhurried, meaningful interaction. Most families arrange visits of one to three hours. During your free consultation, we will discuss what length works best for your loved one's routine and energy levels.
Yes. this is one of our core promises. Wherever possible, your loved one will see the same companion at every visit. Familiarity builds trust, and trust makes every visit more meaningful.
We will contact you as soon as possible. Where we can, we will offer a cover visit from a suitable alternative. We will never send an unknown face without prior discussion.
Simply get in touch via phone or the contact form. We will speak with the family, liaise with the care home as needed, and arrange regular one-to-one companion visits. Families receive an update after every visit.
